Before shipping out, we’ll check every detail of the product for you, make sure that the related accessories are included. Our QC department inspects products you ordered are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.

But in some cases, a customer may want to return an item. Before returning items to us, please read and follow our return policy below. We’ll appreciate your carefully reading on our return policy and making sure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.À


Returns are available for standard sizes within 14 days. Custom sizes are final sale.The item must be returned in its original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return. Please include the reason for return and upload photos for verification.  Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return form.


The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item. Keren B reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge. Keren B is not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.


When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

Keren B will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s).Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
